Harry Edward Styles - also called Harry Styles - is a British musician as well as a composer. Harry Styles has been acknowledged as the composer for The One Direction band. He is the son of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on February 1, 1994 in Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school. There, with three other students, he founded his group musical, White Eskimo. The band's outstanding performances enabled them to take home in the Battle of Bands 2009. He was always interested in music but was enthused to be a lawyer or physical therapy. He was employed in the local bakery for a few hours in order to provide for his family. Harry Styles, in 2010 made an audition for The X Factor. His track Is not She Lovely was and was performed by Stevie Wonder. Because of this, his band needed to be separated. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who suggested Harry Styles to be part the group that would later be called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were created in the year 2010. The group performed hits such as My Life Would Suffer Without You, by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. This made the group one of the potential winners for the award. However they were 3rd place, in the third place, behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't take home the prize, however Cowell still paid two million dollars in cash to One Direction for them to make a deal with Syco.
