Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss has been a country artist for more than 30 years. She was born in Decatur, Illinois on the 23rd day of July in 1971. LeAnne Kymes was also among the two most recent Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss - born on the 23rd of July 1971 is a popular American bluegrass and country singer. She was a teenager when she first entered the music world winning local competitions at the age of 10 old and recording her first album at the age of 14 years. In 1985, she enrolled with Rounder Records and in 1987 came out with her debut album. The group she joined was who she still performs, Alison Krauss Union Station. They released their first album in 1989.
